Rhapsody Residences qualifies for DMCI Homes' 5% downpayment promo — a ready-for-occupancy home with the lightest entry cost of the year.

Also available — DMCI Mid Year Deal (until July 31, 2026): spread a 12% downpayment over 36 months with a 1% discount on the unit; the 88% balance runs through bank or in-house financing. Special discount applies to units only and is not combinable with regular discounts; parking may follow the same promo payment term as the unit.
